About Us

Bendigo Flying Club was founded in 1965 and now has around 250 members. The club owns two hangers and a fantastic, renovated club room complex with great views of the Bendigo Airport. The club purchased their first aircraft in 1969 and has since purchased a training fleet of 5 Tecnams and a Piper Archer. It has been involved in flying training since 2007 and many of its members are both General Aviation and Recreational Aviation pilots. Our students have used their new certificates to fly for fun or go onto Commercial flying roles, the Australian Air Force or airlines.
