At Bendigo Flying Club, we're always looking for ways to improve our systems. With our new flight logging method, we've reduced paperwork and simplified the process, just a few clicks away.
Here’s how it works:
Before Your Flight: Simply book the aircraft on Goboko, ensuring your departure and arrival times are as accurate as possible.
After Your Flight: You can log your flight directly through your Goboko login via the website or app. For added convenience, there’s also a screen in the clubhouse for you to log your flight.
This new method streamlines the process and helps us keep everything running smoothly. Thank you for helping us make it easier for everyone!
Once logged in, and you are viewing your booking for that day.
Click your booking
Click "Record in logbook"
This is where you can input some details of your flight
Ensure the starting Tach is correct before continuing
Fill in the flight duration or the finishing Tach
Select if you are Pre-Paid or PAYG
Record the amount of landings you did
Observation Box
Landing Locations (for landing fee's)
Defect on aircraft
Price alterations needed
Anything you would like to inform us of
Click "Record" and your booking will turn green and your balance on GOBOKO will be reflected accordingly. If you selected "PAYG" then please use the EFTPOS machine as normal.
