Understanding Your Goboko Balance?

Updated: 3 days ago

Goboko shows your available prepaid balance with the Bendigo Flying Club, which you can find at the top of the page next to the booking button. This balance is a theoretical figure based on the amount you've deposited into your account and the hours logged by you or your instructor in Goboko.

However, please note that this balance may not always be accurate. It can be affected by charges that haven’t yet been updated in Goboko, such as exam fees, landing fees, merchandise, or any other non-flying charges.

Our official record-keeping system is Xero, which tracks all transactions. If you notice any discrepancies between your Goboko balance and your monthly statement, please inform your instructor or the club manager so we can resolve the issue.

How do I add funds to Goboko?
